The Stronglight model 93 is maybe my favorite crankset EVER - requires the proprietary 23.35 tool to pull it. Yours likely came off a Raleigh Gran Sport as it has the chainguard for an outer ring and likely extended chainring bolts to hold everything on. You’ll need a 125mm spindle for that configuration, or a 118 if you remove the guard and set it up normally.
