I ride 1-2x times a day and other than a quick squeeze never check actual tire pressure before a ride. The conti race light tubes I use have very consistent loss that varies by season: ~10psi in 3 days in the hot (105+ day, 85+ night) summer months and in the colder winter (sub 70s in day, 50s at night) may loose 1-2 psi over a week.
