No cramping, just tightness. I think it's because I'm a little bit under-hydrated (as in water). Also some of the supplements I'm taking may be soaking up some water. The power is where is should be for this time of year, but the volume isn't. In all, I'm pretty pleased with my power. The couple that own the house we all live in are involved with cycling too, the husband was a pro until 2007, and his wife was a soigneur, so I'll see if she'll fix me up.
