Dropped my chain doing front shifts a few times over the last two rides.
Looked up the bike record on Strava, apparently the chainrings have 26,710 Km on them (original rings on a CAAD 10). Might be the issue.
My bikes are all pretty worn out and the Seven was dropping the chain to the inside pretty often and I adjusted the stop screw as tight as I could get it where it would still shift and it hasn't dropped the chain since.
