In normal times, having another person with you at all times is really good advice.
But right now, in many places, there are no visitor policies. It's definitely wicked harder to do this solo, but here we are.
p.s. If you want to know when you can resume bicycling after biopsy or after prostatectomy, ask your doctor. My docs said that's an unusual question, but they had answers.
