What a totally ignorant statement. As someone has been in senior management at a company owned by the “evil” Bain, I can state with authority that the best thing that ever happened to our company was being majority owned by them. We were made more efficient, offered better quality products and increased our market value, all without massive cuts in staff.
I’d take private equity over publicly traded any day. With PE, you can execute on a long term strategy rather than having your CEO change directions based on the “market” and shareholder whims.
OP- buy an R3, you won’t regret it
