The recent trend in sprint bike set up is a really long reach (top tube, stem, bar) and higher bar position than was previously popular. You can see this on the Dutch and most of the current world level teams. I think this makes the arm position more horizontal and hence more aero. Strikingly similar to Boardman's "Merckx" hour record set up.
