I was certain I would be moving within a few months of retirement yet it's been 3.5 years. The way rents have gone up what we have is a steal, but it's still too much.
Tried to talk her into moving to the mountains but she nixed that idea. Now those places have gone way up.
My friends are here, I can always find someone to ride with, I'm close to everything and I can ride year 'round. It's too expensive and too hot but I am able to break even every month, so....
