I'll be doing my 12th Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Alberta Cancer Foundation (also referred to as "the Ride", "RtCC" or similar....but there are several of them, so you usually have to say which one like I did in the thread title). It's a 2-day, 200+ km ride in the foothills west of Calgary, Alberta, Canada (yes, the same place as the '88 Winter Olympics if you're old enough to remember them) raising funds for cancer treatment and research.

I've done them all to date, also volunteered with the medical crew (riding medic) for all but one year, and volunteered with the rider safety team since that started. Over the last 11 years, I've helped raise about $50,000 (the event has raised roughly $88 million). Done it on a CX bike, on a FS freeride mtb, a handcycle (supporting a friend who was a racer but broke his back in a crash) and road bike. Working on my ploy for next year, but it may involve a mask

If anyone wants to find out more: conquercancer.ca/goto/Psycho_Mike_2020

Cheers
God Bless
