Leg day on Sunday, had a minor cold and squats were weak. Did some partial nordic curls with band assist, and now my hamstrings are sore.
Chest and shoulders on Monday, feeling better. Still adding weight to the bar on a calorie deficit.

4x6 w 2' RBI today. Slightly higher power, but also very difficult and lung intensive on the final one.
