After fully dismantling the hub and then watching the previous video, it's a pretty easy part to replace. You don't have to remove the guts.
Remove the axle nuts and anti-rotation washers
The axle has flat sides so you can put the left end of the axle in a bench vise without messing up the threads.
Unscrew the indicator rod,
remove the right side locknut(s) [17mm wrench]
remove rectangular locking washer
remove bearing cone [16mm cone wrench]
and lift the driver out.
The plate just slips off/on the driver when turned to a certain angle.
