If everything is good and it is actually just a small ding the price is out of question the resto mod does look to be nicely done. For a facebook person to person sale the price seems a bit high I would think $450-500 would be a good price the market for vintage touring bikes has slowed down a bit lately from the pre and pandemic highs.
