I think the extra weight is in the hub (proper DA 7600 track hubs, from what I hear), so I think the weight penalty will not really be an issue. On the other hand, let me know when you want to sell them off cheap!
A 7600 rear hub weighs 313g. There is a 410g difference between the two disc. The Pro wheels would have to come with a spare hub inside the disc to concentrate that much weight away from the rim.
