ski shops and motorcycle shops (etc) often carry anti-fog products (treatments, cloths, etc) that will minimize fogging
Scott (maker of Scott goggles) had a no-fog cloth that worked well - not sure if they are still available
Yamaha also had a similar cloth at one time - marketed for motorcycle and snowmobile riders
