Thanks for the link, Bill. I did see that on Park Tool before I posted, but I don't know enough to know whether this is something a novice can do. I don't know what type of headset my Diverge has. I don't think I need to replace the headset (do I?), but just the bearings. It seems involved enough that I might be better off having my LBS do it. That's the first thing I'd like to figure out. Is this actually something a novice can do?
