Lovely bike. It would be interesting to know if your and any other curved vs. straight TT frames have the same fork trail. I am so pleasantly surprised with my 979 I am always looking at 992s. Not doubting your contention that there are other curved TT out there but in my casual looking for a frame I can not recall such and I marvel at the bonding needed at the head tube for that slight angle shift into the head tube as they just would not manufacture two sets of head tube angles.
I'm completely mystified by this as well. I understand it's a concern for a lot of buyers and I'm trying to be as transparent as possible. I really don't know what could have caused it. It's subtle enough that I had the bike for a while before even noticing.
