I've kinda lost track of what stuff I've got, and just remembered that I've got a pair of oak soled Dettos still in the box.
They fit me, and I actually ordered a more conventional pair of Dettos. Unfortunately, the vendor was out of the plainer shoes and offered to substitute the oak soled versions.
Lovely shoes, but too lovely to use. I can't bear the thought of gouging those pristine oak surfaces!
I've got a few other pairs of vintage shoes that I use, so these Dettos just get dusty in the closet.
