Interesting. My mother in law rented this exact bike last week and at 4’11” it was a little bit big for her. She was able to ride it, but it was obvious that I couldn’t get something like that for my wife, who is 4’9”.
Just commenting on the bike. Clearly the wheel size doesn’t affect sizing unless the frame needs to be made so small the wheel doesn’t fit.
