Went out to set a couple of power benchmarks today and ended up with a 5 min hill PR and new 60 and 180 sec power numbers (check intervals.icu,
WhyFi :þ ) I wish to hell they’d run the TT this week. Hit my max HR too.
Actually haven’t felt quite like this since the 90s. I feel like racing. Wish I could still run.
