No, but I did have a seized nipple. It'll eventually fail, but in the meantime, it's on my son's bike. A 75lbs, he isn't putting too much stress on it. This picture is 3 or 4 years old and I raced and trained on them for a couple of years before that. I bet those Ksyriums probably have 50K miles on them by now.
You all could probably guess that I flatted, got back to the wheel pit, and took my free lap.
