Chamois Cream
I use chamois cream with modern shorts. I apply to my skin areas that are friction points, and to the liner itself
although they are synthetic these days. I haven’t tried riding without the cream, so maybe I am just wasting my money. I ride 100-150 miles per week in summer, most rides <50 miles. A large tube (8oz?) lasts me about a month in summer, maybe 20 rides? I’d buy a tube or jar and try it out. Some creams come in 2oz packets so maybe buy a sample to try out. Bill
