I think figure skating does as well. Pretty sure both "sports" have difficulty ratings that apply to all tricks, and then there's a style component also.
Figure skating has some kind of "artistic" gobbledygook. I think there's also some kind of technical skills thing they don't show on TV. 95% of the people watching couldn't explain how the scoring works.
