Possibly P&R content: my organization requires us to do annual training on various topics including HIPAA, blood-borne pathogens, sexual harassment, hazardous materials, fire prevention, etc., which are all reasonable, although somewhat annoying to jump through the hoops on topics that I am familiar with.
They just added a new one: Active Shooter Training.
Sigh.
It pisses me off that this has become a necessity for far too many lines of work.
