It's made with Tange2 tubing and I would rank it a close second to my SLX Tommasini.
That headbadge is really sweet. Your frame looks like a non-Hellenic stay version of what mine, an 86 1000 (also Tange 2 and painted headbadge). What color are you thinking of?
