I hate that. It's something driven by a battery. We used to get a weird chirp and it took me forever to figure it out but we have a little power station thing/car battery for campers that we take to races to have charging capability for the team and when it ran low it would chirp once every 10 minutes or so. It would go away as we would randomly charge it for an event. I just happened to be standing next to it when it chirped one time and I knew there was absolutely nothing else electric around in the area.
