No Class 2 ebike less than 750W is an ebike. Mopeds are 49cc or less with a 1.5 to 2 HP motor depending on your jurisdiction. Do you own or ride an ebike? I own a pedal assist and use it for rides I would not be able to do on a non assist bike (mountains and such)
