That's the second version of the Brigadier - the c.1976-77 had a Reynolds 531 main triangle with Puch 482 hi-ten stays and forks, the later ones were all Puch 482. Were it mine, I'd switch it back to dropped bars and add some clips and straps and go, but I'm one of those fixed-gear fiends.
