visiting in-laws out of state, so it's spin bike for me. fortunately it's a stages, so good enough, and the one I picked seems to be report pretty well and not too high. saturday was 90mins with 4x15 @ 88% with initial 30sec sprint, yesterday was 5x6min with initial sprint and 5mins @ 95% (ended up doing 3 of the 5 at 100%).
