Nearly ready to ride, it has already had a 2 mile shake down. Just some minor adjustments needed, and bar tape.

It has SRAM Red 53/39 crankset, Force 2x10 brifters, Rival FD and RD, and 12 to 30 cassette. Without bar tape, comes in at 18 lbs 5 oz...

I do need to swap out the KMC chain, it is noisier than I like. I have the same chain on my old KHS 2x10 5600 105 Shimano and it's quiet... So I ordered a SRAM 1031 chain. Hoping that takes care of the minor shifting issues and noise.

The SRAM Double Tab is interesting, and will take some getting used to...

I will say this. WOW. It feels fast and the shake down ride I stayed in the big ring for the entire ride, after checking it for shifting... I feel everything from the rear of the bike, but the carbon fork doesn't transmit that same energy. And the Cobb seat is nice...
