1:54 with 3x~16ish at threshold on the cycle track (embarrassingly slow), finishing with a sprint. Got 166 TSS out of it. Still felt pretty good despite the -54 TSB.
Thinking maybe finish out the week as deep as I can and take it easy next week, then look for a few extra watts.
