My power duration curve was getting messy, so I had a "ride how I feel day" on the schedule and decided to take care of the medium and long duration tests. I did the short test earlier in the week. The medium test was 1:21 and the long was 49:46. I warmed up and then hit the short test and crushed it. Cooled down a bit and then jumped on A. Anquetil bot on Zwift. It should have been enough but after 25' the power was too low due to drafting and downhills, so I moved in front of the bot and got out of the draft. When we hit the epic kom, I had to drop him for the climb to hit my target. I ended up about 10 watts over the target and was pretty happy with that. I let the bot catch up on the descent and then rode with him for a while longer, then finished up with 30' of easy spinning for a total of 3.5 hrs.
