Saturday - 1 hour Zwift ride. Steady zone 2-3 tempo work that has been missing from my cycling diet recently.
Sunday - 37 miles with the Coffee Ride group that starts in So. Pasadena. Easy tempo on the flats with a spicy finish. More horsepower in the group than usual. Made it to the bottom of the last climb with the lead group before getting ejected. Felt a little bit better overall than last time out.
