Did a search on impact on the brain and flying and came up empty. I have read about increased cosmic radiation levels for flight personnel but that is it.

I was referring to an increased risk of non-COVID events after recovery from acute disease. These are large, population-based, studies, some retrospective, which did not obtain viral sequences. I suppose one could look them up and infer the strain mix from time and place, but I don’t have time.
