Ciocc frame with parts for singlespeed build

I’ve been slowly amassing parts for a Ciocc frame that I got in November off of Ebay. The seller said it was made by Giovanni Pelizzoli in 1979 and tehn refurbished by him in 2020. Not sure if that’s on the up and up, but the logos are stenciled on and it came with a flyer signed by Pelizzoli.

When I received the frame, it just felt like it should be built as a mean, lean singlespeed for NYC streets. I already have a 1977 Colnago with period correct Campy groupset, but wanted this to be a bit different. I did go with a lot of Record Pista parts (crankset, hubs, headset, and BB), but I went modern on a few things (Nitto bars, Cinelli seatpost, and MKS pedals). I got the Modolo super Prestige brakes first, b/c I thought they would just look perfect with this frame.

Pretty jazzed to be this close to being able to build it up. I’ve purchased way too much in tools for the build, but I want to do everything myself (might have LBS build the wheels).
