I like it. Picked it up locally for ~$45, so a bit more expensive than the pedestrian/utilitarian foam tape, but looking cool ain't cheap.
It's padded with just enough friction in the fabric, and SUPER LONG. I was able to wrap both sides of a 50cm Cowchipper handlebar plus cover almost the entire toptupe for bump protection.
