It's padded with just enough friction in the fabric, and SUPER LONG. I was able to wrap both sides of a 50cm Cowchipper handlebar plus cover almost the entire toptupe for bump protection.
Very nice! Thanks for the info about the tape. I have been looking at the Eastern pattern for a build I'm doing. Website says it is black,but yours looks green,which is what I'm after..Is it green? John
