Hi all. Im new here. Lots of interesting trikes to look at .
Heres my home-built called "Wheelchair". Its aluminium tube, bar the rear drop-out which is off a steel BMX frame, joined together with kevlar and carbon-fibre. 20" wheels, oldschool 105 rear hub and disc brake front hubs minus the discs. Steering is push pull steering, tie rod at the front, seat is aluminium sheet (1.6mm). Im running a single chainring (52t) and 13-23 cluster. This thing is my trainer and i ride it an hour a night. Due to the crap gearing, top speed is limited to 40km/h Dought i hav the brakes to risk going any faster anyway

In the jig, cross-member, boomtube n spine

Completed Product

Myself standing next to it. I think it sits quite low considering its ground clearence (70mm front, 110+ rear)

Oh and heres the last trike i raced in, called T-Bone. Ive done 4 24hr races since 2002 with general success.

And finally, the 1st trike i made called "Mullet" . It was totally impractical and fell apart once a month...i guess bronze-welding will do that though . It was a demon steerer though

Hope youse like em
