I get around 2000 or so males from my chains. same with my bosch powered commuter bike. our Gepida cuts out at 19mph and most of our riding we are in tour nothing much battery. but its climbing hills were we use a lot. we can climb 20% grades for a block or so. I have gotten up to 3000 on my commuter before. so far we have had the same 10 speed chain for all but debated on going to a lesser chain on the timing chain. we have a older nyon on our tandem and I can see how many watts we use per mile and how many watts I put out. when we are on the flat we are only inning 7 to 9 watts of power per mile. on a really steep hill in turbo we may get to 100 watts per mile.
