Today I failed to adequately pre-hydrate for my ride.
As the miles (slowly) went by, my mouth became dry. I thought about getting a drink. But then I HTFU and dismissed those foolish thoughts. It wasn't even 80F; I have standards to uphold.

I had adequate hydration on my ride.
There are three water bottle cage mounts on my bike, I used all of them for the first time yesterday. I drank all but maybe 1/3 of the last bottle. It was 55°F.
