Nice bike!
That frame is small enough that any formula of steel will prove to be very stiff.
Maybe consider raising up the bars a good bit for road riding and wrap the entire bars, not just the drops. If you are riding in deep drops on the road, your head is so low (aero) that it is very difficult to see what is beside you or approaching from the rear (cars and whatnot). Wrapping the bars up to the tops will allow you to cruise upright and be more comfortable. You have several months before track season. When that time comes, you can unwrap them so you can remove the brakes.

I should try that, and I only wrap the drop, because I wanted force me to use to the drop.
I think rasing my handlebar will solve my problem.

My old,old,old sprint bars (stock bars were awful!)
2nd set of wheels are in the post.
Scatto's and Stem have moved to the top of the shopping list
Ps. Mini saddle bag houses the SRM PC8 until i get a proper bracket (Stages Dura-ace crank).

That's a nice looking bike and I haven't seen any of them at my track yet. The TR-02 was on my shopping list, but I decided I needed a taller head tube, so I went with a Pinarello.

i spent some cold weekend hours in the basement tweaking my bike for 2016. here's what it's looking like so far:
I still need to finally finish trimming the steerer tube, and lock down my IP/TP position.
But, I did finally find 38cm traditional-bend bars. i am happy about that.
I'm also using a Fizik Ares, which is a short-nosed time trial saddle that's very similar to the Fizik Antares. I've been really happy with that - and it also accommodates a forward position for pursuits when I flip the seatpost around and mount the saddle pretty far forward.

hoping to get some time in at Kenosha this spring after moving back to WI
Cannondale is on fat paris roubaix tubs for the rough roads here, also the compact bar is more comfortable.

My only "issue" with it is the weight Picked up a TR01 the other week, and now all I can think about is how light that was... But I do prefer the look of the brushed Alu frame to the carbon though.

It wasn't a team bike, just a standard GTB (not the higher-quality Pulse framset). I powdercoated it in a "liquid metal" finish a few years ago as the original black paint was beat up. I love this frame - quick and stiff without ever being twitchy. It is more confidence-inspiring than my Cannondale, which is definitely lighter and stiffer.

Handlebar was 28 dollars, and it's way loghter than my previous handlebar
Also 37cm is comfortable than I thought it would be.
I have to remove my zip tie that is holding on to the sensor magnet, but I'm waiting for the tape.

I'm finishing up my first track bike build. The frame came last week, and I've had fun putting it all together. It still needs some finishing touches, but I'm not going to get to try it out for a while - I just fractured my scapula in a crit. Hoping that I'll be back out on the boards in a couple months.
