Oh mama! I wonder if these will come in under$200000. And how much to make it street legal...

No.
"If you have to ask, you can’t afford it. We asked anyway, and a Jaguar official told us the company doesn’t disclose pricing “as this is dependent on specification and confidential between Jaguar Classic and its clients.” The company official also told us that previous Jaguar Classic continuation cars have typically cost between $1.3 and $2.7 million."
So, you can buy a C-type, or a mansion in most of America, or a tumble-down shack in Palo Alto.
EDIT: This is what I get for sleeping in, AND living on Pacific time - I get to be THE LAST to respond. Let me just say that I think the C-type has it all over the E-type, which is as sexy a car as ever existed.

Here is one for sale but I'm not sure if it is from the same run as the one you pictured. From what I read on the Jaguar site I don't think street legal is possible, although the used one says it's "titled".

**** prudent. Just imagine, you could wear your awesome jacket and ride your awesome shovel in the front seat as you tear down the road. Yes, I can see it now . . . . . . the ultimate awesomeness.

You could try thinking "Things can only get better from here!", but I generally find when I think that, I've underestimated the depth of the absolute bottom.

slight correction. Caterham don't make replica Lotus 7s. they brought the rights off Lotus when Lotus moved to the plastic fantastic cars and needed more money. Technically they build original sevens. Fun fact. In the 1970s a local truck trailer manufacturing company brought a licence to make the Lotus 7 MkIV and put the Lotus badge on them. They made them for four or five years. As a result you can buy a NZ made genuine Lotus 7. Or one of several locally made modern replicas.

I saw what was probably a Caterham 7 the other day on my ride. Holy crap, those things are LOW!! I swear, the entire thing was lower than my saddle, including the driver's head! I fantasize about owning one, but I'd be afraid to drive it among all the SUVs on the roads here! Sweet little cars, though.

I guess that's why the awesome shovel easily disassembles and fits in a small area.
Crisis averted!

Looking forward to tomorrow morning. I don’t know why, but I like waking up, looking out the window and seeing it snowing.
Got my shopping done this morning when it was sunny. High, thin clouds have moved in, and the wind has picked up.
