I am not sure what a sun jet box is.

1990s Serotta Tmax Mountain Bike. 18" frame, Deore XT components, 21 speed. Frame has some chipped paint and wear from chain on the chainstay. No mechanical issues, rides great. Pickup near East Falls Church metro.
Man would I love to have the opportunity to get my hands on that bike. Oh how I want to get my hands on a Serotta.

I know there is some vintage carbon lovers out there
I have never *really* understood those handle bars, they can not possibly have an aerodynamic benefit. Of course that bar tape, carbon aerospoke wheels on a carbon frame, aesthetically speaking the owner lives in a different dimension than me.

Maybe if you measure center to top? ALL the way to the top of the extended seat tube?

Looks more like a ~56cm c-t-c to me...

Commuter bike for sale

Don't know why those bars are on there....

[h=2]Commuter bike for sale - $450 (Reston)[/h]

Light and fast commuter bike for sale. Custom made Hollands steel frame (Reynolds 531), high end components (e.g. Shimano Dura Ace derailleur, Campagnolo cranks, Mavic wheels).

This is my road bike from the 90s that I transformed into a light and fast commuter bike by putting on thicker tires and mountain bike handlebar with Shimano brakes and index shifting. It's hard to find even a new bike that will ride so smoothly, the Hollands steel frame is light, fast and classy (custom built in Maryland!).

The only reason I'm selling it is that I bought a new cylco-cross bike and need space in the garage and some money!

Also selling a Rocky Mountain Soul mountain bike for the same reasons.

Ormond Beach, FL. Looks nice for $625. Comes with some extras. Shame it's too large for me.

BRIDGESTONE RB-1 Classic Road Bicycle, 59cm, excellent condition

This is the 1991 version of this model and is in excellent condition. It's a great bike, but its geometry is more aggressive than suits me now so it's been sitting largely unused. It's a classic model that was Bridgestone's premier road bike when Grant Peterson was with the company. It's made with Ishiwata tubing and is equipped with solid components that work well together. As far as I know everything that originally came on the bike is still there, except for the tires and tubes, bar tape, and pedals. The Cateye Strada Double Wireless computer (with cadence) is obviously not original to the bike, but I'll include it since it's already installed and I rarely use the cadence function. It sells new for $80 on Amazon. Here's what the late great Sheldon Brown had to say about this model:
Bridgestone "road" bikes, particularly the legendary RB-1, combine frame design taken from classic Italian road bikes of the '70's with excellent Japanese workmanship and functional, reliable parts. The RB-1 was extremely popular with racers, and held its own against competing models costing hundreds of dollars more.
Other tidbits: The nominal size is 59 cm. The top tube is 58 cm measured center-to-center. The stem extension is 125 mm. Standover height is 83.5 cm with almost new 700c x 28 mm Continental tires. As pictured, the distance from the center of the crank to the top of the saddle, measured parallel to the seat tube, is 78.5 cm. I'm 6'2" with a pubic bone height of 88 cm and the bike fits me well in this configuration. Seven rings in back, 2 in front. I'm not a mechanic, but everything seems to be in very good condition. The only rust I see is on the edge of the bottom bracket lug, and I've included a picture of it. The wheels spin well and true, and the tires have only several hundred miles on them. I see no dents or dings anywhere, and just a few minor paint chips which I've tried to picture. The paint overall is in very good shape.
The bike was completely overhauled 2 years ago by my local bike shop; everything was inspected, cleaned, adjusted, and greased as appropriate, and new cables and cable housing were installed.
Please email me with any questions, and leave a phone number if you want me to call you. In case of multiple replies, I'll give preference to early responders who include a name and phone number.
Thanks for looking and reading this far!

Ocala, FL. Not bad for $190, considering the condition. Odd color scheme. This was a little after they started calling their road bikes Diamondback instead of Centurion.

Very nice looking International with the longest Craigslist description I've ever seen.

Raleigh International 1972 All Campy 57 cm

Raleigh International 1972 Model DL.170 57cm 22.5" frame -- All Campanolo Derailleurs, free wheel, hubs, pedals, toe clips -- Brooks Saddle, Bar Tape and Toe Clip Straps

$875 OBO -- Cash - Paypal add 3%

-- Classic Style Touring or Racing Bike -- Beautifully restored Raleigh International with All correct Campy Friction Groupo, pedals, cranks, toe clips and Brooks Saddle, Brooks leather bar tape and toe straps. If you can find a Classic Steel frame that rides as sweet and compliant with Campy Components. . .buy it. Price a Complete Campagnolo Neuvo Record Groupo -- hubs, Pedals - and a Brooks Professional Saddle --Brooks Bar Tape and matching Brooks Toe Straps. . .and you will be well over the asking price.

The 1972 Chartreuse International frame was built in Raleigh's Carlton racing works, and intended for the serious Club competitor, semi-professional or Pro Racer of the day. State of the art Reynolds 531 double butted tubes throughout, Nervex hand cut chrome lugs on the steer tube and top tube, with Chrome front fork and rear chain stays with Campagnolo drop outs. Supple and responsive ride, the International was close to the pinnacle of Raleigh's export production of racing frames, second only to the Raleigh Professional

Restoration of the1972 Chartreuse International included complete cleaning and re-truing of the Mavic front rim -- and re-dishing of the rear rim by Master Tony Tom, Proprietor of Bicycle Oddesey, Sausalito. . .to bring it back to original specs. All spoke nipples were oiled, and rim interiors were checked for burrs or weld lumps and removed -- new rim tape installed. New San Clemente 25 C Gum Walls (close to Grand Bois supple performance with greater flat protection) installed -- excellent smooth ride with cornering performance. Both front and rear Campagnolo Derailleurs were removed, cleaned and re-assembled. Previous original owner had replaced the rear derailleur pulley wheels with incorrect, non- asymmetric pulley wheels -- these were replaced with the correct, Campangnolo pulley wheels -- this with the rear wheel dishing has assured butter smooth friction shifting. Old white plastic cracked Carlton hoods were replaced with NOS Cane Creek Gum hoods - White corroded bar wrap was replaced with Brooks Leather Bar Wrap matching the excellent Original Brooks dark brown Professional Saddle. New Shifter cables installed, New Brake Cables and Cable Housings installed. Missing Rivet on Brooks Professional Saddle was re- riveted to match existing rivets - Saddle reconditioned with Brooks Proof Hide and leather conditioner. Original owner replaced the Campagnolo headset with an Shimano 600 EX (reason unknown) -- the Original Campagnolo headset and races is included.

When the International was purchased from the original owner, unfortunately there were 3 non-disclosed areas of surface rust that did not "present" in the test ride. These have been treated with "Stop Rust" and clear coated -- and are noted in the attached Pix - they do not affect the general appearance nor frame integrity of this beautiful old classic. As an additional precaution, the seat tube, steer tube and stem were removed, and high-pressure hot air was blown through the frame, followed by T9 blow shield rust inhibitor. The frame was left to dry in 70 degree plus temperatures, before the seat tube, and steer tube were re-installed. The Pix's include the specific areas of the frame rust as treated - no "frame re-paint" was attempted as this would devalue this Classic International.

The International has been ridden infrequently after the Restoration- ( max 200 miles on frame after Restoration for testing and just enjoyment) -- owner has 10 bikes in the Garage and needs some space. Garaged and never ridden in rain or wet, after Restoration. . Bike is "As Restored" Very Good to Excellent -- condition. Frame Paint & Decals 85%, Chrome & Aluminum 100% - no scratches, nicks, dings, etc. Frame has no damage from storage or use -- still sweet steel.

Brooks Original Professional Saddle, Dark Brown Waxed canvas tool bag, pedals, Brooks Toe Straps ALL as pictured included in the price.

Standover height is perfect for a taller sized rider. J
