This'll probably go for a steal, N-GA. Looks like they forgot to pay the light bill at the vintage-trek site, but based on the 531 tretubi and the BL mechs, I'd guess it's an '83 613.

Another price drop on the Bertin I posted 23 Nov!!

I get that it's not a well known maker but if it's real it a pretty nice price on a boutique builder.
I was perplexed by the seat stay caps as I checked the photos on the website of @bertinjim and initially did not find those specific caps, nor the same tops on the Vagner crowns normally used by Bertin. Now, I think it's Belgian made .
I have emailed Bertinjim but no reply. I honestly think it's an hell of a deal. If it fit me I'd buy it and I'm 6 hrs away...

I wanted one of these when I was a kid. If it were just a little bit closer, I didn't already have 3 projects in progress and I could be sure a 650b conversion would work (couple of threads with folks talking about converting one, but no follow ups as to whether it worked....) I'd probably grab it.

I missed this post . . . hilarious, looks like someone in marketing needs to get fired! These are actually pretty great, kids can pedal along and participate but then when they are tired, they can pass out like a car seat. Works out well for taking little ones on longer "adult" rides.
