Love it. It's a little more aggressive than the bike it replaced but I got used to it pretty quick. To me the frame feels pretty stiff and responsive. I didn't think I would be able to feel much of a difference in the ride but the titanium is really smooth.

I took my first ride ever today, and I can't live without a coastline so here goes. It's Örsundsbron in Malmö, Sweden. I rode 41.2 km. I never thought I could make that for the first time. I felt contractions in my right thigh in the end. But the last kilometer it went away. I love this!
