40 miles and nice clear sunny day started about 32F and finished 36 or 37F. no real wind for the first 20 and caught a tail wind for the second 20 can't ask for more than that.

I rode 29 miles today. My first ride back in the USA since I got back. A bit of a shock going from the 90's to around 60 degrees. I was bundled up like the Michelin tire man lol,

45.5 miles, 1500’, 17.5 ave speed, 22 achievements. Beautiful pre-spring day and man are my legs sore. Over did it a bit - or a lot.

Rain all day Saturday, so I was regulated to indoor activities. Did 3 routes on Rouvy, 2 flat, 1 mountain. 63 miles, 3K ft of climbing. I spent the time watching the race today, so it was like I was there......but much slower and crappy 4 wall scenery.

Tough headwinds for much of today's ride. Combined with not bringing enough food with me, had to make an emergency pit-stop at a KFC at the 115km mark to get enough energy to make it home. Definitely need to carry more food with me next time.

Up my driveway and back . Fixed up the bottom bracket on my commuter and wanted to test it but the snow is just too deep here still in most places.

Lots of extra programming hours this week, so I did several Rouvy rides. Ended the weeks at 133 miles and 9.2K of altitude gain.

Been on the TraX trainer during the week. Work too gets in the way. Fixed up fencing today then a road ride. Road 33 miles with a warm 70 F. Now a mountain bike ride for tomorrow.

47 Miles, the entire road looked like an unkept shoulder. Debris for miles.

Got 25 miles in today, rode out to the Rockaway Peninsula. Need to start building mileage to get ready for the Five Boro Bike Tour in May.

40 and change with a destroyed rear tire 1/10th of a mile from home. The goal was 3000’ climbing but had to quit 120 feet short.

64 miles with 4500’ climbing over the last two days. One fastest and one second fastest for age group on two segments.

I did not feel like dealing with 15-20 mph hot winds out of the SW, so it was an indoor Rouvy ride. I chose poorly. 28 miles, 4300 ft of altitude gain. The last 10 miles was where I did all of that climbing. That was the longest continual climb I have done. I must conclude..... not a fan. .

The winds were about the same mph, but temps were initially 48F, & rapidly dropping... Was going to roll longer, but then the front light went ded. Not many uses with the light & I'm hoping it wasn't connected on the charger securely. The light is needed to spot those potholes in the dark.

Bummer. Yea, I use a light on every ride, night or day.
