Reviews are good. I love this pump. Very well made. Works like a charm. I did my research...Almost bought a fancy and expensive "brand name" pump, but there was way too many same negative reviews/issues. That's why I went with Spin Doctor. Lifetime warranty - no questions ask, and it's built the same way as other premium, higher quality and more expensive pumps.

Is this regarding the helmet? If so sure!
I did wear it last Saturday when I did my regular 45 mile route. I think it's safe to say that's its a lot better than my Giro Stylus, which I bought(3 years ago) because its comparable and identical to Prolight. Of course that time I can't justify paying more than $100 for a helmet. Anyway, when I first held the Prolight, I was amazed by how much 50 grams really feel, more so when you put it in your head. Nothing wrong with my Stylus, but after I wore the Prolights, I asked my self why didn't I buy this in the first place? Its much more simplier and lighter than the Stylus, and of course, you get more(larger) vents to prevent your head getting heat soaked. The one thing I don't like is you get tan lines or should I say tan circles in your head because of those bigger vents they have.

Nashbar can only go by what UPS tells them is typical delivery time, your beef is with UPS and not Nashbar. If you needed it in such a big rush then you should have spent more money for which ever delivery time you wanted that was quicker than the cheapest one. Again, this is not Nashbar's fault, it's more UPS fault, but if you needed it faster or wanted to make sure it got to you on time then you should have stepped up the delivery so in the end, and UPS will tell you this too, you should have paid for the better delivery.

Sorry to say, if a shipper is told from the transporter that it will be 5 business days and the transporter messes up, it is the transporters fault. The shipper will most likely do their best to rectify the situation if you contact them. My company ships about 3,000 packages a day, total headache when a UPS train derails or a truck breaks or like your case gave to the post office or customs. Do you live outside of the 48 continental or in a very small rural town that would cause logistical delays? One of my customers always complained his packages took too long to deliver via FedEx, UPS, USPS and courier; turns out he lives in a swamp and his deliveries are brought in by air boat... Contact the shipper and they will probably do something like give you back your shipping cost or a credit.

Lezyne Trigger Drive CO2 inflator to replace the cannister-style CO2 inflator that I've been using for years. It is quite tiny and frees up lots of space in my seat bag.
