I believe the Skeletor production is contracted out. This does not mean it is not hand made, just not by Spooky's in house frame builder. I do however know that the Skeletor production is done in America.
It is one of a handful aluminum frames still made in America.
That's one reason it costs so much.

It's a tt frame that I use as a road bike. Cyfacs have been raced a lot raced in the grand tours, but with other company's names on them. The Hincapies live around here and I have been told by someone who has ridden with them that they ride Cyfacs.

Ok well Hincapie or not, smoothed out welds or not, it's still an ugly bike.

I'll take some pics with the Nikon tonight or tomorrow. I've got some temp pedals at the house until I get shoes for my speedplays. Don't want to run my egg beaters on this thing for too long.

So you got one of the last production bikes, eh? They just shut down the production plant in Oregon and all Skeletors will be henceforth custom one-offs. They have one last shipment of Havocstaffs, which are the stiffer bb30 versions. Apparently they were barely breaking even on the Skeletors.

Yea. Last batch of skeletors. He did mention he wasn't making zilch off of these things. It's a shame cause they're so darn nice. Hopefully full custom will suit his business better.

Yeah, they are sweet bikes. I love how they look. I'm tempted to sell my Tarmac and get a Havocstaff.
