Addiction 2023.2

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Mrs. GJ doesn't like scents, so no cologne for me. Or scented deodorant. Or scented soap. Or dishwashing liquid, or detergent, etc. It's not a chemical sensitivity, she just doesn't like them and she's got a fairly sensitive nose.

Just put up 2 more wall mounts in the garage. Now I have all 5 road bikes hanging on the wall. Only issue, these 2 are not easily accessible, I have to have the ladder to get to them. Mrs Bam’s Domane is officially on the trainer, and the treadmill is set up.
Simon must have sensed mammas will to improve herself. He has been a terrorizer all morning.

No, never hated them. Just bought the wrong size. It was my first new real road bike, should have prolly bought it at a local shop instead of online. I was so new to the sport and of course Competivie Cyclist won’t tell you what size you need. They don’t want the fall out on them. If I found a C3 in a 58 for a good price I would grab it and build it. Tire clearance was nice, and the frame was pretty light.

Edit: and I really do like the Soloist, and the S5 space ship. Not sure I would ever buy one, but if it fell into my lap I wouldn’t be complaining. A guy I ride with has 2 of the space ships.
