I'm trying to upload some pics of my bike but not sure how to do and the instructions forums is outdated, any help would gladly be appreciated.

I just started commuting on this bike and it's awesome
Bike is a Diamondback Vital2 2016 comfort hybrid. Fit all my wishes, front suspension fork, suspension seat, low step through, comfort handle grips, 21 speed. I added the Velo fenders, kickstand, and Basil basket, and swiped the white rack from my older Schwinn cruiser bike. Makes for a perfect commuter bike for me.

So I bought a take off flat bar, stuck it on a stem and dropped it on my Trek Crossrip.
Yeah that isn't going to happen!!!!!
So meet my new Hybrid.
$75, but then I had to go and buy a pair of xero elements cxr-330. Why? because I have always loved the look of xero double spokes. They were like very slightly used and $65 shipped. However I am pretty sure the stock Exage hubs are way better. My plans turn it into a 1x, with my deore RD and alivio shifter for a 1x9? Maybe XT 10 speed.
I'll probably end up using my 6600 Ultegra crank and then geta 130bcd Wolftooth stop-drop 42T or 44T haven't made up my mind yet.
anyways, I've ridden the Fuji absolute, Giant toughroad, Raleigh Cadent, 2015/16/17 cannondale quicks, diamonback interval, Salsa marrakesh, FX, Charge, none of them are doing it for me.....
However this 1991 Schwinn Crosscut is wow. (needs different bars though!) I had my clement X'plor MSO 40c tires on it and did 21 miles with 15.7 mph average. I put the Resist Nomad tires are back on! I like them a lot actually, besides the Trek Crossrip is going gravel riding this weekend.
To me this is Hybrid... a true cross between road and MTB. modern hybrids are too sit up. to lax, feels slow, too stable, too umm all the same? I had to be different. and this thing won't look like any Crossscut ever before after I am done with paint and the 1x conversion. Oh and weight, as seen in the picture minus kickstand 26 lbs 13 ounce. but it is lively, and fun.... and everything a hybrid (for me) should be.

did you really need the chain guide?
what size is your chainring? and opinions on the size.
I've tossed that idea a few times of flatbar anyroad. But I was also looking for something a bit more playful over the anyroad. like the toughroad kind of playfullness. but even then..... more street quick.
Edit: Oh it is you.... LOL I think i like your Vaya better than the anyroad. the vaya is like OMg Droool keyboard sizzzle

2015 Specialized Crossroads
Here is my ride:
It's a Specialized Crossroads. The seat, handlebars, crank, and shifter are not the originals. I swapped them out for ones more to my liking. Next planed change is to nix the V brakes in favor of cantilevers. But that's down the line a bit.

That is a nice looking setup you have there, I would love to see some photo's of the front of your bike showing your front rack and rack bag.

Great entry level bike. When my wife said she wanted to get into bicycling that's what I bought her. I wasn't sure she would stick with it so I didn't want to spend too much money. She has stuck with it and we eventually upgraded to another bike, but she did ride the Diamonback for a lot of miles first. I was really surprised how well that bike held up and performed. Outside of very basic maintenance I never had to do anything to it.

2015 Bianchi c-sport-1
Changed wheels, shifters/cassette (upgraded to 8 speed), front derailleur and crankset, seat. Put the Nashbar 135mm MTB stem to use with butterfly handlebars.
Made 750 miles on it in a year.
