Ryda seems to think people are mostly using aero bars.

Yes, I frequently watch other DF riders ride as we pass each other riding. Neither of us is staring at the road.

Lying to us about how we ride is a novel debate tactic which you've been flogging for many years. How's that working out for you?

Again, why do you always turn this into a debate by constantly saying stupid things about the supposed inadequacies of the DF design? Each day worldwide, literally billions of people get on a DF bike of some kind. In the meantime, I suspect that all of the users in the world of bents could probably fit comfortably in a single stadium.

Last thread where he pulled this crap, he revealed that he was basing all of this staring at the wheel stuff on two guys he saw several years ago who supposedly almost ran him off the path.

He then proceeded to try to convince me that I ride that way. It's friggin' weird behavior.

Your head faces forward on Dutch bicycles. The Netherlands and Denmark are the safest places in the world to ride.

I'm trying to wrap my head around why a woman walking a Llama would be carrying a spare bicycle tube.

I saw a thread on a llama forum, where a llama was complaining that he always had to carry spare tubes because his (full-kitted) owner never did.

...Diamond Frame. (Sometimes called the "Safety" bicycle, after the term used at its introduction as an alternative to the high wheeled penny farthing.)

I saw a guy riding a really tall penny farthing the other day. His head was a good 8 feet or so off the ground. Probably was a great view, but he didn't look like he wanted to be distracted.

You get points for the admission you don't know something and the good informed guess.

Diamond Frame, aka Double Diamond Frame aka Safety Bicycle aka Bicycle.

This one was built by the Wright Brothers:

"supposed inadequacies of the DF design" Yet you know very well what they are, but wont admit them here. Hint: among others that is why there are hundreds of threads on DF bike seats and butt pain.

So if we can be assured that if we would pass you, you would have your head crained up in an unnatural position at all times while you are riding-----------------right********************?

LOL ! Thank you guys' for the enlightenment and for taking it easy on me with my ignorance!

With Polaris OBark inference that it can also be used for "Dumb F*** " -- this gives me an acronym to use almost anywhere in multiple situations also !

You wouldn't pass, because he would be riding up a hill. The whole world is not as flat as Nebraska.
